At Steyning Tennis Club, I offer a range of coaching opportunties for adults of all levels. This includes:
- Drop-In Group Coaching
- Pay As You Go Advanced Drills Sessions
- Short Courses (5-7 week blocks) - Rusty Rackets, Improvers, Ladies' Teams
- Ladies Team Training
- Individual Lessons

Weekly Coaching Programme for Adults
- Mondays 9am-10.30am Short Course - group coaching for ladies team standard. - currently fully booked.
- Mondays 10.30-12pm Drop-In Group - turn up on any Monday (excluding school holidays/bank holidays) at 10.30 and join in. Level is suitable for regular players of intermediate level and above. Pay on the day £10.
- Mondays 7.30-8.30pm Short Course - rusty/improver level players, who are looking to gain confidence in all shots, tactics, and court positioning, with a view to joining the club's regular social tennis sessions. Sign up for the course below.
- Mondays 8.30-9.30pm NEW Drills Night - Aimed at regular players of team standard/advanced level. You can either book as a short course below (which works out at £6 per session), or sign up below for individual dates (£8.50 per session).
- Thursdays 10.30-11.30 Tennis Xpress - suitable for players new to the game, or very rusty. Book as a short course below
- Thursdays 11.30-12.30 Cardio Tennis - designed for players of ALL LEVELS who wish to get faster, fitter and stronger!
- Thursdays 12.30-1.45pm Short Course - rusty/improver level players, who are looking to gain confidence in all shots, tactics, and court positioning, with a view to joining the club's regular social tennis sessions. Sign up for the course below.
- Thursdays 6.30-8pm and 8pm-9.30pm Monthly Ladies Team Training (fourth Thursday of each month). £6 per session. The schedule is arranged by the ladies' captains. If you are interested in playing for a team, please let me or one of the captains know.
PRIVATE COACHING
You may also be interested in booking private lessons (1:1 coaching).
2023 prices are £30 p/hour for members, plus a guest fee of £2 (juniors) or £5 (adults) if you are not a member of the club. Floodlight charges if required are £3 per hour.
