The following notes are intended to be a guide to facilitate the smooth running of the club.

1. Matches

League matches on Saturday and Sunday mornings are scheduled for a duration of 3 hours, as we are required to allow this amount of time for completion by competition rules. In practice, however, courts will often be available for social play earlier than shown on the chart. The same applies for friendly matches against local clubs which take place midweek.

2. Social play

The summer season is 1 April to 30 September: the winter season is 1 October to 31 March. 

The club play session co-ordinators will organize play - if members are sitting waiting, then short rounds will be played so that everyone can mix in.

During club times it is requested that the knock-up is restricted to five minutes.
