Club Rules
- Membership Age is reckoned at 1st April each year
Adult: 18+
Student: (valid Matric card holders)
Junior: age 3-18 - Subscriptions - Annual subscription is due on or before 1st April. A welcome pack will be issued by the membership secretary on receipt of payment along with keys for padlock and clubhouse.
- Dress - shoes with soft soles must be worn on the courts at all times. Acceptable tennis clothing is encouraged.
- Coaching and Events are marked in the Clubspark booking system, please refer to this to check court availability.
- Court use – members should book courts using Clubspark booking - 1½ hour slots each session. Court priority will be with the members who have booked using the online booking system.
- During coaching sessions members may only use the courts during their allotted coaching times.
- Members should not attempt to retrieve balls from neighbouring property. These balls will be returned at the neighbours' convenience.
- Members must show respect for the clubhouse and courts. The clubhouse must be left tidy, breakages should be reported to a committee member. Only tennis should be played on the Courts i.e. no other ball games or cycling.
- Juniors must be accompanied by an adult when in the clubhouse.
- The floodlights should not be used after 10.30pm.
- The committee reserves the right to revoke membership of any person who repeatedly causes complaints arising from offensive behavior, damage to property or breaking of the club rules.
- Club memberships non-refundable.
