We are excited to say that we have a date in place for the LTC Annual BBQ!!  Please save the date:

Saturday 5th July 2025, from midday to 5pm.

We are excited to say that we have a date the LTC Annual Braai/BBQ!!

We have done our utmost to work around match fixtures and the summer holidays and hope that this date will work for you.  It is not far off so we're planning hard to get it all organised.

This year we are going to do Gourmet Burgers 
Menu:
• Lemon and Herb Chicken Burgers
• Hereford Beef Burgers
• Harissa, Red Pepper and Chickpea Burgers
• Mixed Leaf Salad
• Chakalaka
• Corn on the cob
• Coleslaw
• Hotdogs and burgers (for the children)
• Eton Mess

There will be delicious toppings, sauces and salads available with all the food being prepared by the LTC cooks!

We have managed to keep the prices the same as last year at £12.50 per adult (with an extra burger for £2.50), but as per previous years there will be no charge for children under the age of twelve.

The tennis courts will be open for the children to play on.

Parking is available at John Masefield School, or if you are able to please try to walk to the club, since parking at the club will not be available on the day.

Please bring your own:
• Drinks
• Picnic blankets or chairs.

To Reserve Your Place
We will be taking food orders from 12th June and payment will need to be in advance, through one of the following  options:
1.  By Pay Pal
2. By Cash paid to: Clive Peacock, Kathy Malia, Greg Hobbs, Rob Stewart or Alan Bowyer
3  Last resort - Just write your name and order on the signup sheet in the clubhouse and we will contact you.

Please see the sheet in the Clubhouse to sign up and reserve your place.  

More details will follow, but we wanted to get the date out as quickly as possible!  We're looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the day.
