Membership

• All processes are online via ClubSpark: clubspark.lta.org.uk/llantrisanttennis
• All members become ‘Guarantors’, liable for a nominal £1 if the club is ever declared bankrupt. This is a legal requirement.
• Members should ensure their LTA contact details are up to date to receive club communications.
• We have an online Members Area for internal club information, access codes and WhatsApp group invites. Login using your LTA ID to access these. 

Privacy & Photography

• Members’ details are not shared outside the club, except for RCT Leisure for Life verification.
• Consent is assumed for photographs of members for club communications and social media, Tennis Squad follow separate photo consent processes for the coaching programme. 
• Photography follows LTA guidelines, available in the Pavilion.

 Club Rules & Conduct

• All members must adhere to club rules, codes of conduct, child protection, and health & safety policies (available in the Pavilion). Non-compliance may result in removal from the court or club, and repeated violations may lead to membership withdrawal.
• Only official coaching providers may deliver coaching; other coaching activities require committee approval.

Court Use Guidelines:

• Only tennis is allowed on the courts unless permission is granted.
• Members must conduct a personal risk assessment before playing.
• Appropriate sports clothing & non-marking footwear is required.
• Courts may be booked up to 14 days in advance.
• Members cannot book courts for non-members without applying the guest fee.
• Floodlight and court access codes must not be shared with non-members.

Floodlights

• These are included within bookings for Full, Senior and Young Adult packages. 
• Club-sponsored activities allow free use; private use costs £4 per court/hour.

Court Bookings

• Courts are open to the public; members have no inherent priority except during club activities.
• Booking is strongly advised via the online system.
• Guests are permitted with the guest fee applied.
• Block bookings may be set by the club and will appear in the booking system.

Liability & Safety

• The club is not responsible for unsupervised juniors outside coaching or club sessions.
• The club does not accept liability for personal items left on-site.
• Members play at their own risk on potentially unsafe courts.

Membership Cancellation 

Membership may be cancelled at any time. If at any point you want to cancel, simply cancel your Direct Debit via your online banking or contact us. We do not however expect people to 'dip in and out' of Club Membership without good reason and reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone abusing the flexible nature of the system.
