COVID 19 Guidlines
COVID 19 Guidelines
Below is a list of guidelines that are being put in place to keep children and staff safe whilst running children's holiday camp during the COVID 19 pandemic:
All guidelines in line with LTA and Government advice as of Monday 24th January 2022
- Ages of 14-year olds or younger can take part in the camp, due to the evidence that there is moderate to high degree of confidence that the susceptibility to clinical disease is lower than adults.
- We will be running only full day bookings, with the option of late pick up. There will be no option for half days. This is to reduce the mix of children throughout the week.
- When using the tennis courts, all 3 courts will be booked at a time, to make sure children will not be using the same space as other club members at the same time.
- Hand sanitiser will be available for each day, with all children cleaning their hands before and after morning break, lunchtime and afternoon break. Children should also wash their hands before arrival, and immediately when they get home.
- All indoor surfaces and all equipment used will be cleaned using detergents at least once a day, with frequently touched surfaces, such as tables, being cleaned after every use.
- Children must bring their own packed lunch, and must not share their food with anyone, unless they are related and living in the same household.
- All attendees must sign up online prior to attending on the day, to follow test and trace guidelines.
- If any attendee develops and symptoms, the lead staff member must be made aware straight away, and then the test and trace procedure must be followed.
- We will follow all up to date Govenment and LTA guidlines in relation to running outdoor and indoor activites.
