Coaching sessions are available for four groups of adult players:
- Beginner - Adults keen to learn the basics of the sport with other beginners in a friendly, fun environment
- Beginner Plus - Adults continuing to learn and develop their game through coached practice sessions
- Improver - Adults aiming to take their game to the next level by learning more advanced techniques and tactics
- Team Player - Players in teams aiming to improve their match performance through technical, tactical, mental and physical development
We also run regular Cardio Tennis classes. Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with tough cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is set on a tennis court and supported by motivating music. It’s suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
