2025 Adult Tennis Coaching & Club Sessions - Weekly Schedule
From beginners to competitive players, we support every stage of the tennis journey. Our structured coaching programmes, dedicated volunteers, and development pathways ensure that everyone can improve at their own pace — with expert guidance along the way.
All our adult sessions run for 50 weeks of the year excluding 2 weeks over Christmas with a continuity of coaches.

| 11.00 to 12.30 | Advanced drills, tactics and match play incorporating specific patterns of play. Followed by tea and cakes. Members £10. Non-members £12. |
| Monday | Adult Improver Coaching |
| 12.30 to 14.00 | All abilities welcome. A fun afternoon of drills, techniques and an introduction to doubles play. Followed by tea and cakes. Members £10. Non-members £12. |

| 19.00 to 20.30 | Advanced drills, tactics and match play incorporating specific patterns of play. Followed by tea and cakes. Members £10. Non-members £12. |

| 13.45 to 15.15 | Fun doubles drills and tactics including doubles match play. Followed by tea and cakes. Members £10. Non-members £12. |
| Tuesday | Adult Doubles Session |
| 18.00 to 19.30 | Fun drills and doubles tactics working on specific areas of doubles match play in every session. All abilities welcome. Members £10. Non-members £12. |

Other coaching information
Individual Lessons
Adults £35 for 1 hour.
Hitting Partners
Team players are available as hitting partners for £20 per hour.
Non-members
Adult non-members are charged an extra £2 and junior non-members an additional £1 per session.
