We're proud to be developing a force of almost 30 Tennis Leaders accross our venues, each supporting community activities and gaining valuable qualifications and experience for their CV, Duke of Edinburgh Award and Welsh BAC. For the most committed, we are proud to announce details of a new Senior Leader role, benefits of which include:

- Opportunities for Continual Professional Development Support - including access to Coach Education funding. 

- Mentor support from our experienced coaching team.

- Greater choice of experience (including competitions, events and club mangement). 

- Regular training with the Tennis Squad team.

- TennisSquad workforce clothing.

- Potential for additonal paid work for our most dedicated and passionate Leaders! 

Criteria:

• Over 12 months weekly volunteering at a fixed session. 
• Attended all team training activities.
• An interested in furthering your tennis coaching qualificaitons 
• An active tennis player and club member.
