Bookings - Introduction

  1. The booking rules apply to all tennis courts and facilities located at Writtle Tennis Club. All players, members and visitors are expected to abide by these rules.
  2. Writtle Tennis Club will take reasonable steps to ensure that the facilities provided are safe.  When playing tennis, you do so at your own risk.
  3. All court bookings must be made through ClubSpark.
  4. Tennis players and visitors are encouraged to share and feedback concerns about the facilities provided by Writtle Tennis Club. 
  5. The following tennis facilities are available: 4 Hard Courts (with floodlighting)
  6. All Hard courts are available for hire, subject to availability, from 8:00am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Court availability is as indicated on ClubSpark.
  7. All court bookings are available to hire in 30 minute slots. 
  8. Where necessary, payment for court bookings will be made via the ClubSpark secure online payment portal.  When making a booking through ClubSpark, the booker will receive confirmation of their booking to the contact email which they registered with ClubSpark.
  9. Proof of booking must be provided to any Club officer upon request by all of those accessing the Club's facilities.
