What is PlayMoney?

PlayMoney is our unique way of giving back to players when a session can't be attended or doesn't go ahead. Whether you need to cancel a session with enough notice or we have to cancel it (due to bad weather, etc.), you’ll receive the full value of the session as PlayMoney—a digital credit you can use to join future activities.

How can you use it?

Your PlayMoney can be used towards any suitable coaching activity or event with free spaces and that is confirmed to go ahead regardless of your attendance.

Flexibility for you and your friends

Want to bring someone along? No problem! You can use your PlayMoney to cover sessions for anyone you choose—a friend, sibling, parent, or guest. (Please note: additional fees may apply for non-members)

How it works

If you cancel: Submit our short online cancellation form with at least 5 days' notice.

If we cancel: You’ll also receive PlayMoney if the academy cancels a session—for example, due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. No action needed—we’ll take care of it!

Recover a session: Use the same quick form to redeem PlayMoney and join any available session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Track your balance: PlayMoney balances are updated at the end of every coaching block. Want to check yours? Just ask the lead coach or send us an email anytime.
