Cancellation Procedure
If you find you are unable to use your pre-booked court, whether it is for a lesson or private play, please note the following cancellation rules:
- 72 HOURS NOTICE – NO CHARGE
- BETWEEN 72 AND 48 HOURS NOTICE A 25% CHARGE
- BETWEEN 48 AND 24 HOURS NOTICE A 50% CHARGE
- LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE FULL CHARGE
WE WILL OF COURSE ENDEAVOUR TO RE SELL THE COURT AND IF SOLD, NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
