H//T

H//T Squash is a women’s-only beginner programme that blends high-intensity training with the fundamentals of the game. Designed to be both energising and empowering, each session builds fitness, confidence, and technical skills in a fun, supportive environment. The programme runs over six weeks with weekly one-hour sessions, each focused on a key fundamental skill. By the end of the programme, participants will understand how to play squash and feel confident taking part in wider club activities.

Development Squad

The Development Squad is designed for committed players aiming to progress into league competition. Sessions focus on high-quality movement and footwork, advanced technical development, and enhanced court awareness. Players work on tactical decision-making, building pressure, and constructing effective rallies. With a combination of focused drills, conditioned games, and performance feedback, this squad prepares athletes for the demands of competitive league play.
