Court Bookings

• Please note you must register with ClubSpark to use the court booking system.
• The booking system will allow you to book up to 14 days in advance of the current date.  It will also send email confirmation of bookings. 
• If you find you do not need a court, or need to change participants' names  you can now cancel and re-book yourself.
• If you make a court booking but are unable to play, please make sure you cancel the booking so that others can use the court instead.
• Each member can book up to 6 sessions a week. 
• Each session, at your choice, can be between 30 mins and 2 hours long.
• Change the drop-down for end time. Don't build individual 30 minute slots, or each 30 minutes will count against your 6 sessions for the week.

Reminder

Book a hard court (Courts 3, 4 & 5) when booking the ball machine from the court booking system.

Visitors Fees

Playing visitors can be signed in by any ATC member for £3 per session. Please sign into the visitors book in the clubhouse and place fees in the collection box. There is a maximum of 5 visits per non-member per year.

Security

Before leaving the courts, please ensure that the Clubhouse is secure (doors bolted and locked).
