There are two ways to book

1. Download the free ClubSpark Booker app on IOS (for 11.0 and above models) or Android (for 6.0.1 and above models) and log in with your ClubSpark/LTA details when prompted.
2. Visit our Booking Courts page and log in with your ClubSpark/LTA details when prompted.

FAQs about the new system

We understand that you may have some questions about the new system. We've addressed some common ones here.

I don't have a smartphone, how can I access the court booking system?

Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone, you can still access the court booking system. Simply visit our web page and log in when prompted with your ClubSpark or LTA details. If you need assistance, please reach out to one of our Board members (Rich, AJ or Ann) who will be happy to help or email the club.

I'm experiencing difficulties connecting to the server when I've downloaded the app?

This might be because:

• Your device model is too old for the app. The app can only connect to the server if its IOS 11.0 and above or Android 6.0.1 and above. If this is the case, don't worry, you can still access the court booking system on your device. Just visit our Booking Courts page and log in with your ClubSpark/LTA details when prompted.
• You use a VPN. If you use a VPN, we can't guarantee the booking app will work properly. The quality of the performance via VPN solely relies on the servers of the VPN network. ClubSparks recommends that you turn the VPN off.

The Court Booking page is blank?

Refresh the page a couple of times and the contents should appear. Sometimes it takes a little while to download if you have an older device model.

I don't think I've registered for ClubSpark or the LTA before, how do i do that?

Its very easy to register for ClubSpark or the LTA. Scroll to the top of this page, click on the person icon in the top righthand corner, select register and follow the instructions. Please note, if you've previously registered for the Wimbledon ballots or have a child registered for junior group coaching with Rich, you may already have registered for ClubSpark or the LTA.

Are there any other benefits for registering with ClubSpark/LTA?

Yes. If you represent the club in team league matches, it makes it easier for Captains to enter the results of the matches you have played. You'll receive invitations to register for the Wimbledon ballots each year and any offers from the LTA (if you opted in to receive marketing).

Why do I need to book courts? 
Booking courts ensures that you are guaranteed access to a court at your preferred time. While turning up and playing on a free court is an option, members who have made prior bookings on those courts will have priority. League fixtures and our regular tennis programme will take precedence over free and social play.
