Junior playing members (aged under 18) may be asked to play in senior matches at home or away venues. When this happens, the parent of these junior members will always be informed of:

• The venue of the match.
• The start time of the match and rough finish time (including return to an arranged pick up point).
• The name of the responsible adult and or Allt-Yr-Yn Captain for the match.
• A contact number of the responsible adult or Allt-Yr-Yn Captain.

If your child is asked to play in a senior match, please confirm that you are happy with this arrangement and that you are happy for your child to travel to away matches with a responsible adult by emailing the Clubs Safeguarding & Welfare Officer.

One consent, will cover the Winter Leagues including the South Wales Leagues and Indoor Leagues 2022/23.
