Help our club raise funds!

We are always looking for ways to fundraise for the club and particularly at the moment as we carry out major improvements. We have resurfaced our courts with an artificial clay surface. This allows us to use them for longer during the year as it drains quicker,  it is also slower, which benefits the children learning to play tennis and also allows less stress on joints, especially good for our older players! We are also looking to upgrade our floodlights to LED lighting, which is more environmentally friendly and durable.

How Can You Help?

  • If you work for or own a business that would like to donate or sponsor the club please let us know. We can offer thanks through our Website & Social Media channels, along with the potential for sponsorship packages, including signage at the club.
  • Join our Bonus Ball lottery, please contact Lynda on lyndamriddle@gmail.com for more information. 
  • As a registered Charity we now have Gift Aid status, which enables us to increase personal donations from UK taxpayers. Watch this space for how to get involved with sponsored events, donations and sharing through your network of friends & family.

The ​​​Club's Bonus Ball is an ongoing lottery based on the Saturday Night National Lotto draw.

You can buy one or more of numbers 1-59 at a cost of £4.34 a month for each number. Those numbers are then yours every month (no one can have the same number) and if they match the Bonus Ball on a Saturday Lotto draw you win £25. The remaining money goes to the tennis club to help with our ongoing fundraising.

To join the Bonus Ball, just email Lynda Riddle on lyndamriddle@gmail.com to find out what numbers are available, choose your number/s and set up your monthly payments to the Tennis Club bank account.

(Bonus Ball participants have to be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to take part. Junior members can ask their parents to participate.)
