From 2016, Barley Tennis Club became a Lawn Tennis Assocaition (LTA) recognised club. This brings benefits for both Members and the Club (like cheaper court insurance).

Members get:

• Individual British Tennis Membership (BTM) status for free (normally costs £25 annually). Membership will give you access exclusive offers, discounts on tickets and clothing, access to the Wimbledon ballot, while also keeping up to date with the latest British tennis news with the LTA monthly newsletter. 
• Entry into the Wimbledon Ballot: Every club is given a small allocation of tickets to be paid for. The size of our allocation depeneds on the number of members who register with the LTA to request a BTM number under the name of Barley Tennis Club. What usually happens is that these tickets are assigned to club members in the way that the committee feels fair e.g. names pulled out of a hat, or as a raffle prize but you need to have BTM status and be Barley Tennis Club Member to have a chance of getting a ticket.
