Dear Parents and Players,
We are hosting our annual junior club closed events this September and October for all our Junior players at the club. Anyone is welcome to play and we would like all levels of player to participate.
The events include mini tennis events, full ball events and a handicap doubles tournament. Please see below for full details.

General information:
- Players can participate in more than one event as long as they are within the age range.
- Players can play up age groups if they like. We have staggered the start times of events for this reason.
- All events are £6 to enter per player, payment and registration via our website.

- All the events are mixed gender aside from our girl only event on the 30th September.

8 & Under Mini Red Event
- WHEN: Sunday 16th September
- WHO FOR: For players (Girls & Boys) who are 8 and under on the day of the event
- COURT: Small courts and red balls are used
- TIME: 9:30am arrive, sign in and warm up for an 10:00am start
- FORMAT: Dependent on number of entries.
- ENTER: Online on our clubspark website
9 & Under Mini Orange Event
- WHEN: Sunday 16th September
- WHO FOR: For players (Girls & Boys) who are 9 and under on the day of the event.
- COURT: 3/4 sized courts and orange balls are used.
- TIME: 1:30pm arrive, sign in and warm up for an 2:00pm start.
- FORMAT: Dependent on number of entries.
- ENTER: Online on our clubspark website
10 & Under Green Ball Event
- WHEN: Sunday 16th September
- WHO FOR: For players (Girls & Boys) who are 10 and under on the day of the event
- COURT: Full court and Green balls are used
- TIME: 9:30am arrive, sign in and warm up for an 10:00am start
- FORMAT: Dependent on number of entries.

12 & Under Full Ball Event
- WHEN: Sunday 23rd September
- WHO FOR: For players (Girls & Boys) who are 12 and under on the day of the event
- COURT: Full court and Yellow balls are used
- TIME: 1:30pm arrive, sign in and warm up for an 2:00pm start
- FORMAT: Dependent on number of entries.

15 & Under Full Ball Event
- WHEN: Sunday 30th September
- WHO FOR: For players (Girls & Boys) who are 15 and under on the day of the event

- WHO FOR: For Girls who are 17 and under on the day of the event

Junior Full Ball Handicap Doubles Tournament
- WHEN: Sunday 7th October
- WHO FOR: For all junior full ball players (Girls & Boys)
- COURT: Full court and Yellow balls are used
- TIME: 9:30am arrive, sign in and warm up for an 10:00am start
- FORMAT: Players will play short timed matches in a doubles handicap format. Partners will be allocated new partners for each round. The event takes the format of the popular and fun American style adult bashes run at the club.
