Join us for our Beauchief Tennis Club Open Day on Sunday 30th April 2023. 

Our annual event is always popular with our members and the local community, so come along for a great day of active fun. We'll have coach-led activities on court and loads of games off court too, including a kid's tennis trail and guess the ball in the bin. The club bar will be open with cake & tuck shop available, as well as teas and coffees. Our outdoor barbecue will be fired up serving a tasty spread of food, alongside the tombola and raffle tables.

This year we are thrilled to be hosting a variety of local craft stalls with a selection of creative gifts and services for you to explore...From beautiful nature inspired jewellery by Copper Top Jewellery, Lily Rose & Me handmade clothing and Hawkins Distillery specialising in handcrafted small batch gin, including our 'partner', Club Rackets offering tennis equipment and accessories. We also have the pleasure of Aurasempawrium bringing eco conscious doggie treats and products, together with 'Beauty with Heart' by the Body Shop. No family event would be complete without colourful facepainting for the kids!

Don't forget to enter our fabulous 'Great BTC Bake Off' for your chance to win an exclusive BTC Apron and be crowned best baker. Whether it's a traybake, cute cupcake, sweet or savoury, bring your entry to the club by 1pm on the 30th April, to be judged by our very own Jo Fitzpatrick of JoJo Cakes.

As you can appreciate running the Open Day is a huge task for our team of event volunteers. We are always looking for extra help from our members, so if you can spare a little time before or during the event we'd be extremely grateful. In particular we are looking for:

• Donations for the Raffle and/or Tombola
• Gazebos and garden tables to borrow on the day
• Volunteers for set-up and/or clearing away
• Volunteers to do a shift on the bar, stalls or BBQ
