Beauchief Tennis Club's Annual AGM will take place on 21st March starting at 8:00pm.
This year we have two committee members standing down, and one member currently wishing to stand for election to the committee. The election will take place on the evening of the AGM.
Ideally, we are keen to have both vacancies filled and are therefore asking members who wish to stand for election to the committee to send an email to chrismuscroftbtc@outlook.com no later than Friday 9th March.
We look forward to seeing you on the evening, which it will give you an opportunity to find out about future developments at the club and a chance to ask the committee anything with regards to the running of the club.

In addition to the usual election of committee members at our Annual AGM on 21st March, we will also be voting to elect a new Hon. Secretary.
Clare Marshall, after many years of service, has decided to step down from the role. We are enormously grateful to Clare for the many years of hard work and service to the club, in what is often a thankless but critically important job for the running of the club.
Chris Muscroft has offered himself for election to the role, but we would welcome any other members that may wish to stand, to submit their intention no later than 9th March to Sarahbtc@hotmail.com
