100 Club Rules


The purpose of the 100 club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the Bishops Castle Tennis Club bank account to help with maintenance and equipment costs.




For the cost of £2.00 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one number between one and 100.


A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.


The prizes will total 40% of the monthly income.


This will be apportioned as 1st prize 20%, 2nd prize 15% and 3rd prize 5%


Maximum 5 numbers per person.


The 100 club is a private lottery and is open to all club members, relatives, and friends. Anyone aged over 16 or over can join.


Payments must be made by Direct Debit


You can cancel your monthly Direct Debit membership subscription, at any point, with a month's notice. You will then no longer be eligible for the next draw. 


Members numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.


Sign up by the 20th of the month to be eligible for that month's draw.


If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment their number may be sold to someone of the reserve list


The draw will be made electronically using a randomly generated number website.


Payment will be paid to winners by BACS


The name and numbers for each month’s winners will be posted on the Bishops Castle Tennis Club website.


If a winner cannot be contacted or paid the winnings will be placed into club funds after six months.
