Welcome to Bishop’s Castle Tennis Club!

Where playing tennis is made easy and enjoyable.

For 100 years, tennis has been played on our appropriately named Love Lane grounds,  with their spectacular views of the south Shropshire hills, buzzards and red kites.

The courts are in a superb location adjacent to the A488 road, a short distance from the town centre. Car parking is available. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from town by public footpath.

Toilet facilities are available in the Club House.

We have 2 floodlit hard courts and an AstroTurf court which are played all year round.

The Club provides: social & competitive tennis for all ages and standards; coaching opportunities for those who want it; and  we  field a number of teams in the Shropshire LTA  leagues.
