Court Booking Rules

Court Booking Rules

USE  OF  INDOOR COURTS

(1)    To book, before playing, ensure you have booked your court through online booking system, via your computer or smart phone, the kiosk in the clubhouse or at the bar

(2)    Phone booking can be done by depositing enough money behind the Bar.  Members can then book by phoning the Bar staff during Bar opening hours and they will be pleased to make the booking online, which can be replenished when required.

(3)    The use of the courts without a valid pre-booking will be viewed very seriously by the Committee.  Any member in breach of this rule will be reported to the Committee.

(4)    It is NO EXCUSE that no-one is at the bar to book the court.

(5)    Use of courts for up to 5 minutes after expiry of allotted time will be allowed provided that no-one is waiting for the court.

(6)    Each court is individually lit.  Only use lights when you really need them – they are very expensive to run, especially during daytime.  Switch off after use, unless the next hour is booked.

(7)    Cancellations are allowed to be up to 10 days in advance online.  Please apply to the Secretary for a refund if for good reason a booking cannot be fulfilled and it’s within 10 days of the booking. This will be subject to the booking fee and any interest incurred
