Members can use the courts for free, though there is now a charge for using the lights. If bringing guests there is a charge (see below).

Tokens are available in a cup next to the light timers.

You now need to book courts and pay £3 for the lights after the time shown on the booking sheet. The time varies with the sunset. If you cancel before the time then you will get a full refund in a few days. If you need lights before the time shown as payable on the booking sheet then please use a token for free.

Please only use the number of light tokens that are essential. Tokens give 35 minutes. Lights go off at 10pm but will come on again automatically the following morning if you put in too many tokens. This wastes energy and costs the club a lot of money. Only use tokens for the courts that you have booked and only then if you are sure that the courts will definitely be used.

If booking for team matches, please mark them as such.

Please cancel bookings if you can no longer make it.

Please pay guest fees IN ADVANCE by adding guests to your booking.  Its £5.00 per hour per court. 

If you don't arrive within 10 minutes of your booking start time, the court is available for anyone to play on. This is according to the clock on the club house. Match, tournament, club session, and coaching bookings are excluded from this rule.
