What is the Chalford Sports and Social Club?

It is the association that all the sporting sections and the social section belong to.  The sports are Tennis, Football, Youth Football, Cricket and Bowls. It also has a bar with award winning beers and lots of events.  As a member of the Tennis Club you are encouraged to use and support the Chalford Sports and Social Club and its bar.

Here at The Chalford Sports & Social Club, we are the sporting and social hub of the village! There is a warm and welcoming family feeling at the Club. With plenty to do and plenty of characters, it certainly is the place to be! 

Friday nights offer food vendors or a meal option throughout the Summer months and children are always welcome.

​If you want to organise an event, come and speak to them and they will do their best to help. Charity events are particularly welcome and discounted rates apply.

Do I need to join the CSSC?

No, you are automatically a member if you are a full member of the Tennis Club (not the restricted Parent membership). If you go to the bar they will issue you with a CSSC membership card if one has already been arranged.  Or ask us for one and receive it should be a available in a few weeks when you visit the bar.

Are there any advantages of getting a CSSC Club membership card?

You get a discount off alcaholic drinks at the bar when presenting your card.
