Cooden Beach Sports And Social Club

Cooden Beach Sports and Social Club (CBSSC) is a thriving sports club located close to Cooden and Little Common in the western part of Bexhill, East Sussex. We have 6 outdoor tennis courts, all of which are floodlit. Two of the tennis courts were resurfaced with artificial clay in 2019. We also have 3 squash courts which are used for both squash and racketball.

Our clubhouse was completely rebuilt in 2000 and has 2 large (fully air conditioned) function rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lively bar area, sauna and spacious changing facilities with showers.

We have a comprehensive tennis coaching programme for both adults and children, provided by our fully-qualified coaching team.

The tennis teams (Ladies, Men's and Mixed) compete in the Sussex and Wealden Leagues but we also have a range of social tennis activities to suit everyone. Our squash players compete in the Sussex Squash leagues and we have regular squash and racketball sessions for club members.

As intended by its founding members, the Club's aim is to provide a friendly atmosphere where people of any age can enjoy the social facilities as well as playing sport for fun or competition.
