Dover & Deal Parks Tennis

Deal and Dover Park Tennis Community Interest Company (formerly Marke Wood Tennis Hub CIC) operates the 4 courts at Deal’s Marke Wood Recreation Ground and are taking on the 2 newly refurbished courts at Connaught Park in Dover. Through ‘Pay and Play’, Annual Household Passes, free court hire for local schools, and with their coaching providers, their vision is to open-up tennis within the local community by providing welcoming and affordable tennis for everyone.

The Deal and Dover Park Tennis CIC will be concentrating on building thriving usage of the 6 refurbished park courts.  During the forthcoming months, you can expect to see a programme of Free Park Tennis, fun competitions, and coaching sessions for all ages and abilities, across the two park sites.

There are two options for making private court bookings (currently available at Marke Wood Recreation Ground in Deal, and soon to be available at Connaught Park in Dover):

• ‘Pay and Play’ single session – this is bookable online for £6
• Annual household season ticket – this is discounted from £50 to £40 for 12 months play at both park sites.

Entrance to the courts is via a gate access system.  You will receive a “code” which will allow you to open the gate 5 minutes before your allotted time.  You will need to be careful enter the * key before inputting your six digit code, and wait for any players already on court to stop playing and let you pass.
