NEW SCHEDULE FOR FREE PARK TENNIS SESSIONS IN DEAL AND DOVER
During the autumn, our fun Free Park Tennis sessions, which are suitable for the whole family, will run in Deal and Dover as follows:
- Free Park Tennis at Connaught Park in Dover will take place on 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 10am to 11am - to book, click here.
- Free Park Tennis at Marke Wood Recreation Ground in Walmer, Deal, will take place on 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 10am to 11am - to book, click here.
Renovated Tennis Courts
These courts are now under new management, concentrating on building thriving usage of the four new courts - Marke Wood Tennis Hub Community Interest Company. You can expect to see a summer 2023 programme of fun sessions, competitions, tournaments and coaching. These will be for all ages and abilities.
We will be encouraging new online Pay and Play. There will be two options for you:
- Single session – will be bookable online for £6
- Annual household season ticket – will be discounted from £50 to £40 for 12 months play
Entrance to the courts is now via our new gate access system. You will receive a “code” which will allow you to open the gate 5 minutes before your allotted time. You will need to be careful enter the * key before inputting your six digit code, and wait for any players already on court to stop playing and let you pass.
We realise this process is all new.
You will see marketing banners and essential LTA policies attached to the fencing in due course.
