Come along and try a FREE adult session during the weel commencing 4th October 

Cardio tennis 
A high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Monday 4th October, 7-8pm

Wednesday 6th October, 11am - 12

Walking tennis 
For anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.

Tuesday 5th October, 12.30-1.30pm

Pair & play 
Pair & Play is doubles tennis with double the fun. Held weekly, the programme is designed to help women improve their skills and confidence on the court.Built around six key themes, Pair & Play has been developed to help women master essential doubles tactics and skills. Think social tennis with serious fun.

Friday 8th October, 1.30-2.30pm
