2. We offer all new players the option to trial 60 minutes, free of charge. To organise a trial please contact us at junior@emmawellstennis.com 

3. Our holiday camps run during school holidays (private & public school) If you can not see a camp suited to you, please don't hesitate to contact junior@emmawellstennis.com

4. If you are unsure which session to book please email junior@emmawellstennis.com  with your name, DOB and childs playing ability email

5. Please include any information on health issues and learning disabilities during the booking process and email us so we can help with your booking

6. We recommend warming up before the session starts so your child is ready to play. A suitable warm up could be as simple as jogging and cycling to the courts

7. Please note that within the 7 days before the camp date there will be no credit as we need to plan in our coaching staff. 

8. Classes are non-refundable, in some circumstances we can offer a credit note or exchange the booking to another time. We have to organise our schedule for all coaches prior to the week of coaching and we do not have control over the venue court booking procedure although we try to be helpful and flexible when we can be. An admin fee of £10 will apply to booking changes in holiday camps

9. No refunds are to be given, a credit note will be issued instead lasting upto 12 months from the cancellation.
