All courses should be booked and paid for in advance online prior to entering the session.  Any date changes will incur a £10 admin fee so please be careful with which dates you pick.

Please note that within the 7 days before the camp date there will be no credit as we need to plan in our coaching staff. 

 A credit note will be issued if more than one session in any complete course has to be cancelled due to inclement weather and no refunds are to be given.  Please note due to COVID we will not be offering refunds or exchanges for any camps. 

We have to adhere to strict goverment guidelines and planning. All tennis  coaches are qualified LTA registered or licensed coaches. Emma Wells Tennis reserves the right to cancel courses which are under-subscribed up to 7 days before the start of the course.

Private Terms and conditions

We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations in this time frame will only be validated with a doctors note. We will play in most weather conditions unless it is deemed unfit to play.
