Below you will find the links to the drills Sam has put together for the Competitive Players Package to help you with your training.

Select a few of the drills and start off with only a few repetitions of each of them so that you are working for between 15 and 30 seconds at a time, take a break and then do them again.
Please do not try and do all of the drills at the same time!

In the Footwork drills compilation there is a drill hopping over cones in a square.  Start off using two feet together before progressing to hopping.
The skipping drills are quite advanced, so don't worry if you find this difficult.  With lots of perseverance and practice you'll get there!
