At present non-members are not able to book our courts, however, we hope to open booking to non-members from April 2026.
To start booking a court, navigate to the date you wish to book (calendar icon below) then select the hourly session in the column below the specific court you wish to book (and is available). This is the starting time for your booking. One hour is automatically chosen, so select the 'drop down' box in the 'make a booking' window showing the 'ending' time to extend the booking beyond 1 hour.
Complete the rest of the information including your contact email to complete the booking.
You will be shown a booking confirmation screen with the details you have chosen (date/court/time) along with the gate access code that will grant entry to the court you have booked. You will also receive an email with these details. Individual booking codes must be entered at the gate starting with * followed by the 7 numbers.
Members are able to view all court bookings they made that are coming up (by clicking the 'view my bookings' link above). This also allows you to select individual bookings in order to cancel these if no longer required. Members are requested to cancel bookings as soon as possible should they know this is no longer required in order that the court can be made available to other members.
