On Thursday a dozen or so regulars from our Social Tennis Group, visited Danby Tennis Club. The weather played its part, with a sunny warm day, which made the stunning views even more attractive.

Some excellent tennis was played and our hosts at Danby could not have been more hospitable. A return competitive match is planned to be played at Great Ayton in the near future.

Everyone enjoyed a picnic afterwards and one or two (or perhaps more!) enjoyed a glass or two of prosecco - not the designated drivers of course.
