Tennis must be safe for everyone

Gresford and Marford Tennis Club is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk who engage in all tennis activities.

Whether you/your child are engaging in coaching, matches or other organised events, we will strive to keep children, young people and adults at risk safe and free from harm.

We all have a shared responsibility to support the welfare of each other, in particular children, young adults and adults at risk whilst they are involved in any aspect of tennis at Gresford and Marford Tennis Club.

Our Welfare Officer is Chris Cheffings. You can view and download his poster here

Here's a message from Chris: "As an avid player and lover of tennis, I can often be found on or around the courts. I am also a secondary school Deputy Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding person. As a club, we wish to promote a safe environment for everyone. If anybody has anything they wish to raise or discuss regarding safeguarding or of a welfare nature, then please contact me."
