Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint by a member there are defined processes:
In case any member has cause to raise an issue about any aspect of club management and operation the complaints process is defined in the Club Rules (See link below).
Any complaint regarding conduct of members should observe the process in the Code of Conduct document (See link below).

Like all Clubs we have some rules that give clarity how we operate, the roles of the committee and so on. It's especially important when the club invests in our facilities and listens to the needs of our members.

The Club's members are a well behaved and courteous bunch. However we sometimes need a little reminder about the accepted standards and behaviours that help to make our Club a great place to play or visit.
