How to Use the Online Booking System available for Haverfordwest LTC Members & Pay & Play open to non-members

• Select your date/court/time and 60/90/120 minutes slot.

• Non-members will have to register with clubspark to make their booking & pay.

• Club members that are not already registered with clubspark will receive an invite link via email to follow from Haverfordwest Tennis club once membership fee has been paid

• Receive your booking confirmation with the enrty code via email

Booking Rules

• Court slots are 60, 90 or 120 minutes
• 4 bookings per 7-day period per player
• Book up to 7 days ahead
• No charge for members booking a court
• Bookings should be cancelled if players are unable to make their start time
• Floodlights are for members only and are controlled through the booking system at no cost.
• Parents of junior members can book courts on behalf of their children.
• League matches & club events have priority.
• Sensible use of the system is encouraged by all.
• No refund can be made automatically if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time.
