Helsby Tennis Club expects everyone to enjoy tennis in a safe and fun environment. This may be as part of organised coaching activities or whilst using the club's facilities to play tennis with friends.

In the case of organised coaching activities for children, parents/guardians are required to remain on-site during their child's session, or alternatively ensure they have nominated an alternative trusted adult to be present during their absence; at least two adults must be present at all times during junior coaching sessions.

When older junior members attend the club outside of organised activities, they remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times - the club does not provide on-site supervision outside of organised coaching activities.

Parents/guardians of children attending organised coaching sessions must ensure that the coach has an up-to-date copy of their details
