LTA Youth Orange - 7-9 Year Olds
What is LTA Youth Orange?
The skills they've acquired are shaping them into future tennis stars. Moving on to LTA Youth Orange is the next step before advancing to a full-sized court. This stage aids players in honing tactics, acquiring additional techniques, fostering problem-solving abilities, and even developing leadership skills.
- Maximum Ratio of 1:8 (might be increased if a tennis leader is assisting)
- Softer balls and modified court size
- ABCs development (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination)
- Developing a consistant serve, rallying, and scoring
- Focus more on technique and tactics
- Devloping other skills such as returning and volleying
