We take great pride in the quality of tennis coaching we provide and delight in showcasing the joy our players experience on the court. We actively use photos and videos featuring both adults and children in our promotional materials and on social media platforms. To ensure that we respect the privacy of our players, we invite everyone to voluntarily opt in and grant consent for the use of such images on their individual ClubSpark profile page.

It's important to note that individuals can easily manage and update their consent preferences, as well as those for any children, through their personal profiles on the ClubSpark account. We believe in transparent communication and want our players to feel empowered in controlling how their images are shared within the tennis community.

We undertake to use the images and videos in line with the Lawn Tennis Association's (LTA) policy regarding Photography and Recording which can be found on the LTA website.  The opt in on ClubSpark will constitute the necessary written consent mentioned in the policy above. 

If anyone is ever unhappy about the use of a particular photo or video, please notify us and we will remove it.
