1. Tennis sessions will proceed in all weather conditions, we will make every attempt to hold classes even in challenging weather conditions. In case of excessively hazardous weather, we will engage in appropriate indoor activities.

2. We adhere to a no-cancellation policy, so please come prepared with either raincoats and warm clothing or sun hats and sunscreen, depending on the forecast.

3. Assume that all sessions are scheduled to take place initially and bring appropriate waterproof or cold-weather attire accordingly.In the event of bad weather, sessions will still be conducted, and no refunds will be issued. Please anticipate sessions to proceed as planned.

4. Holiday camps will not be canceled due to bad weather; if outdoor play is not feasible, children will engage in indoor activities.

5. No refunds will be provided for inclement weather during holiday camps.
