Coaching

Group coaching for adults and juniors runs from spring through to autumn subject to weather conditions.   The new season will commence in early April 2026 

Individual lessons for all ages available by arrangement throughout the year, weather permitting.

Sunday morning group times

Aged under 10  - 9-30am to 10.30am

Adults  -  11am to 12:30pm

After school coaching for other age groups by arrangement
