Allan joined Lymm Lawn Tennis Club in September 2019, previously acting as Assistant Head of Coaching at Alderley Edge Tennis Club.  Allan is also currently a Cheshire County Captain and coach to the U11 Boys team and has worked with various age groups over the past 5 years for the county.

His playing background features playing university tennis at Loughborough and mens 1st team tennis at David lloyd Beckenhem (National club league finalists 2009), Foxhills Surrey, Alderley Edge Tennis Club and now Lymm LTC.

He works with players of all ages, supporting juniors striving to compete at a higher level and helping link them to our Performance team or creating a great social environment for the club players.

Driving club tennis has always been a goal of his from starting out in coaching in 2003, and he wants to bring all aspects of coaching to Lymm to help enhance the tennis experience for everyone along with a great a team of coaches.

Brent Parker - Performance Coach

Brent has a stellar back ground in Performance coaching. He's a  former U21 Top 5 British Player and Senior British representaive for Great Britain, who trained at Trinity University Texas, playing NCAA. He's worked with GB Junior International female players; Libby Fletcher, Lyndsey Davison, Joanna Cunliffe and former GBs No 1 Womens Doubles player Sarah Burwell. As for male players, he worked with Ian Atkinson (U18 Stella Artois Champion), Callum Lloyd and Adam Barraclough - former GB junior players. 

He is better known for his work with Naomi Broady, top GB senior and WTA ranking of 76.  He was Cheshire Performance coach of the year 2015 for his work with Ellie Aldrich, top 4 U16 junior in the UK, as well as Jess Purdy and Eve Daniels. For those that remember - he has infamous wins against Andrew Castle, Richie Rennerberg and Patrick McEnroe.

His wealth of experience will help Lymm drive our Junior Tennis forward and reinforce our link with Birchwood and our player pathway, where he works alongside Jordan Young in creating better opportunities.

Dave Boucher - Club Coach

Dave has been a lifelong member, player and coach at Lymm Lawn Tennis Club.  Living local to the club, it is very close to his heart and he has a strong desire to see the club grow.

He prides himself on working with players at all ages, and is well known in the club for providing riveting Cardio Tennis sessions and providing the club tennis re-stringing.

Martin Gleave - Club Coach & Referee

Martin is also a lifelong member, player and coach at the club and brings huge amount of enthusiasm to the court come rain or shine. He has created a huge gathering of mini tennis players to his squads and his on court energy provides the perfect bed for players to be enthusiastic about playing tennis.

He has supported our U9 Development programme, nuturing players through to County Level, one of which who he passed through to the county team, and has been the U8 and U9 county runner up the past 2 seasons. Lately, one of his U7 players has been invited for County trials. 

Martin is also a qualified L5 Referee and plays regularly in our Mens 1st and 2nd team.
