- The Maidenhead LTC Club Championships 2025 is approved by the LTA and shall be conducted in accordance with the ITF Rules of Tennis, the Rules of the LTA, the LTA Competition Regulations, including the LTA Code of Conduct (each may be amended from time to time) and those published by the organising committee.
- The tournament is open to all players who are members of Maidenhead LTC as at the closing date for entries and throughout the tournament.
- Entry fees: £5.00 per singles event, £4.00 per person per doubles event. For doubles entries, each player must enter and pay £4.00 separately, total £8.00.
- Entries must be made via the LTA Online Tournament Entry and Payment system by searching for tournament code above. The closing date for entries is Sunday 6th April 2025.
- Please do not conflate tournament fees with membership renewal fees. They are distinct and separate.
- Please respect the number of events you enter, to ensure that all matches are completed on time. It is the responsibility of ALL players to arrange their matches. A player may not be in any more than 5 finals across both Junior and Adult Club Championships. Should a player be in 5 finals they should expect minimal rest times in between matches. If a player is unavailable to play on or is in too many finals they should concede at match point in the semi-final.
- Players must be available to play in any finals on Finals Day (Sunday 7th September 2025). Please do not enter the tournament if you are not around for Finals Day, and please do not try to negotiate the start time of Finals Day matches.
- The draw sheets will be available online and on the noticeboard in the clubhouse by 1st May 2025. Full competition rules, and handicap instructions will also be posted on the notice board. The primary point of communications relating to the Adult Tournament will be paul.serjeant@gmail.com.
- Up to date email and phone contact details must be made available by all who enter to MLTC and the LTA (details of a parent or guardian will be used for invited juniors). In the event up to date details are not available the entry or pair will be scratched.
- Where matches are not played by the due date a coin will be tossed to decide which entry or pair is given a walk over. Consideration may be given where match dates have been agreed and written on the notice board and/or sent to paul.serjeant@gmail.com.
- Parent & Child Tournament: - Parents are requested to take a responsible approach and enter into the spirit of what is intended to be a less competitive event considering children who should not feel intimidated. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to scratch any entrants who act unreasonably.
- The tournament committee decision on all matters will be final.
- Photography consent: We may take digital images to be used for future marketing and/or publicity purposes by Maidenhead LTC. To opt out please email paul.serjeant@gmail.com.
