Evening function hire, to non members, is £120.00 (Members - £75.00). The hirer is responsible for organising the catering, music, DJ etc. The room can be set up after 14.00pm on the day. The room is hired from 19.00pm to 00.00pm with last orders at 23.45pm. Maximum numbers for an evening function are 70-80.

Day function hire is £30.00 per hour (Members - £25.00)

Children`s party maximum 25 children, maximum 2 hours. Can set up 1 hour before.

A deposit of £20.00 to secure all bookings, with the balance due on the day.

Corkage of £6.00 per bottle is payable on all Wines, Champagne and Prosecco. 

Glasses are available for Wine, Champagne and Prosecco.

Kitchen facilities are available for re-heating food with crockery and cutlery provided at no extra charge. The kitchen must be left as found.

Tablecloths and napkins can be provided at extra cost.

Funerals may be set up by us with an extra charge for tea and coffee.
