This months edition of the clubs newsletter follows our successful opening of the new clubhouse which we can now all enjoy. Some key items to jot down into the diary:
- Freshers and Refreshers Tennis Tuesday 6th August 7pm and Thursday 15th August 6pm. A great course for getting people back into tennis, if you can refer a friend the sign-up link is here.
- Walking Tennis Thursday 25th July-Thursday 22 August, 11am. Help spread the word about our Walking Tennis offer for anyone who wants to continue play tennis, but at a slower pace. Sign up details are here.
- Tennis Camps, Monday 29 July- Weds 21 August. We have a range of tennis camps on for 4-7 year olds, 8-10 year olds, and 11+.
- RBC-Brewin Dolphin sponsorship. RBC-Brewin Dolphin fabulous sponsorship is giving one lucky winner the chance to win a luxury overnight stay and two tickets to see England v Australia Cricket One Day International on Sunday 29 September 2024. The entry link is here. Entries close Wednesday 28th.
- Juniors Club Championships 7th and 14 September. Run by Neil Watts with an initial round the week prior to the Club Championships and finals day on Saturday 14th September. Sign up here
- RBC-Brewin Dolphin Club Championships Finals, Saturday 14th September 11-5pm. This will be a consolidated finals day across all categories with tennis, refreshments and bar. Watch out for details
- Social Tennis Tournament, Saturday 21st September 2-4.30pm. Our social tennis tournament season returns post club championships
- Doubles, Singles Ladders. We have mixed doubles boxes, mens doubles and singles ladders starting in mid to late September. We can help find a partner for anyone in doubles so just get ready to sign up!
