WEDNESDAY MORNINGS – all year from 9 a.m.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS – all year from 4 p.m.

FRIDAY EVENINGS (JUNIORS) – all year 3.30 p.m. – 6 p.m (no coaches during half-terms and school holidays)

SATURDAY AFTERNOONS – all year from 2 p.m.
