On the courts

• Our courts are available for use by members and their guests
• Please book courts using the Clubspark website or app, only book for the amount of time you need (max 1 hr) and cancel your court if you no longer need the allotted time.  League matches and coaching take precedence for court bookings
•  Avoid injury by wearing the correct footwear
•  Water is the only refreshment allowed on courts 
•  Brush the courts after use to preserve their life-span
•  Clear all balls from your court after playing
• Turn off the floodlights at the on court switch before you leave unless someone is waiting to come on court after you
• Juniors are required to read and agree to the club's junior code of conduct
   

Off the courts

• Recycle your bottles and cans 
• Help us keep the premises tidy by emptying the bins
• Keep the doors to the locker rooms locked to avoid theft
• Lock both gates if you are last to leave to prevent damage to the premises
   

Coaching    

•  All coaching must go through Vincent Vanvooren
   

Guests

•  Members’ guests are welcome to play at our courts a maximum of six times per year per guest
•  Members to sign in and pay visitors’ fees online by bank transfer : £3 per adult; £1 per child.  Please keep a note of who you've played with and make a transfer payment to the club account 80-02-88, 00774923, Ref Guest fees.  You can make one transfer for multiple guest visits.
   

Balls

• Balls for general member's use can be found in mesh storage units in the locker rooms.  Please return them there after use.  If you have or find any dud balls, please put them in the recycling boxes also in the locker rooms.  Under no circumstances must members open and use unopened tubes of balls stored in the locker rooms. These are bought by the club specially for use in official tournaments.
