To obtain a login for the booking system, you need to respond to an "invitation to register" email sent by MHMLTC. By clicking on the link in that email, you can create a login to Clubspark which is then linked to your membership account which will enable you to make bookings. At the time of registering, you can choose to use an existing LTA, Google+, Facebook or Microsoft login, or you can create a specific Clubspark login. If you have simply registered for Clubspark by following the link at the top of the website page, you will not be able to book because Clubspark does not know your membership status: you have to register by following the invitation link that you were sent.
Please note that Clubspark requires every on-line registration to be made with a unique email address. If couples or family members share an email address, only one person can register on the system and make bookings.
If you need an invitation to register, or would like to provide individual email addresses for family members for example, please contact MHMLTC Support.
To make a booking in Clubspark, you need to click on the sign-in link in the black bar at the top of any web page, and log in using using the identity you used when you responded to the invitation. If you have signed in succesfully, your name will be shown in the black bar at the top of the page.
If you are a non-member parent or guardian of a junior member who has registered for the system, you need to sign in, then choose your junior's name by clicking on your own name in the black bar at the top before you can book: the system will accept bookings only from members.
If your name is shown but you see padlocks at all times, you have either not registered correctly or you have not logged in using the identity that you used when you responded to the invitation: please contact MHMLTC Support.
Making and cancelling bookings
You can book up to 14 days in advance (apart from Sunday mornings - see below), but only one booking per day. If the Black 'View' button is present near the date picker at the top right of the screen, make sure 'View as Member' is selected. When you select the starting time of the booking, you need then to use the drop down menu on the pop up to select the finish time that gives you the correct length of booking: 30, 60 or 90 minutes, before you confirm the booking. If you have made a mistake, you can cancel a booking by selecting the 'My Bookings' option at the top right of the booking sheet: this lists your bookings and allows you to cancel.
Some unavailable booking periods may show a padlock: hovering your mouse over a padlock will tell you which categories of user can book at that time.
Bookings on Sunday mornings
Juniors playing against each other or against their parents or family group members have priority on Sunday mornings. If you have a junior or family membership, you will be able to book on Sunday mornings up to 14 days in advance. If you are the parent or guardian of a junior, whether a playing member or not, you can book either by clicking on your name in the black bar at the top of the page and selecting the name of your junior, or by clicking on the black label near the date/court selection options which says 'View as Member' and selecting the alternative of 'View as Parent of Junior'.
All other members can make bookings on Sunday mornings from 3 days in advance by clicking on the Black 'View' button at the top right of the screen near the date/court selection options which says 'View as Member' and selecting the alternative of 'View as Sunday Adult'. This view allows bookings for the next 3 days including Sunday mornings; the view should be reset to 'View as Member' to make bookings for the next 14 days.
