Registering 

To obtain a login for the booking and membership system, you need to respond to an "invitation to register" email sent by Clubspark on behalf of MHMLTC: if you have requested an invitation, please check your junk mail folder if the email invitation is not in your inbox. By clicking on the link in the invitation email, you can create a login to Clubspark which is then linked to your membership account. Although Clubspark allowed various types of login in the past, the LTA is moving all users across to using their LTA account login as the only way to access Clubspark.  

If you have simply registered for Clubspark by following the link at the top of the Clubspark website page, you will not be able to book because Clubspark does not know your membership status: you have to register by following the invitation link that you were sent.

Please note that Clubspark requires every on-line registration to be made with a unique email address. If couples or family members share an email address, only one person can register on the system and make bookings. 

If you need an invitation to register, or would like to provide individual email addresses for family members for example, please contact MHMLTC Support.

Signing in

To make a booking in Clubspark, you need to click on the sign-in link in the black bar at the top of any web page, and log in using using the identity you used when you responded to the invitation. If you have signed in succesfully, your name will be shown in the black bar at the top of the page. If your name is shown but you see padlocks on the booking sheet at all times, you have either not registered correctly or you have not logged in using the identity that you used when you responded to the invitation: please contact MHMLTC Support.

To book for a junior, the parent or guardian needs to sign in, then choose the junior's name by clicking on your own name in the black bar at the top of the screen. 

Making and cancelling bookings

Bookings can be made only by paid-up members of the club:

  • for one booking a day for up to 1.5 hours maximum per member (or group of members)
  • to book the Ball Machine, first book the court, then set the view to 'View as Ball Machine'  and book the machine; you must book the court before the Ball Machine 
  • bookings can be made up to one week in advance, starting from 8:00am (8:30am for ball machine) and ending by 9:30pm for adults, or by 6:30pm for junior and parent members.

To book for your junior, please select the junior's name in the black bar at the top of the screen before booking; non-playing parents must do this to make any bookings.  

When you select the starting time of the booking, you need then to use the drop down menu on the pop up to select the finish time that gives you the correct length of booking: 30, 60 or 90 minutes, before you confirm the booking.

If you need to cancel, you can use the link in the booking confirmation email, or select the 'My Bookings' option at the top right of the booking sheet: this lists your bookings and allows you to cancel. If this option is not displaying on the booking sheet, point to your login name at the top and select 'Profile' where you will find an option to manage and cancel your bookings. 

If you try to book more sessions than permitted, you will get an error message that you have exceeded your maximum bookings. 

Please book considerately: please do not leave 30-minute gaps between bookings if you can possibly avoid them.

Please note that you will need to access the booking system via a browser to change the view; the Clubspark mobile apps do not allow you to change the view, so do not allow you to book the Ball Machine.

Some unavailable booking periods may show a padlock: hovering your mouse over a padlock will tell you which categories of user can book at that time.

Please note that the booking apps do not support change of view, so you cannot book the Ball Machine.
